Antoine Johnson
Antoine Johnson, CEO and Principal Consultant at the Johnson TOD Group LLC, is a results-oriented Organization Development professional with over 20 years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, Leadership and Workforce Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consulting and Executive Coaching. Antoine lives in Acworth, Georgia where he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching and mentoring youth as a member of 100 Black Men and a Scoutmaster with The Boy Scouts of America.
He has been a Certified Executive Coach for nearly 20 years. As a Coach, Antoine is known for working with leaders at all levels and rising talent from globally diverse backgrounds as they manage organizational challenges and career development in corporate, public, and non-profit sectors across organizations such as Accenture, Boeing, Facebook, Instagram, Warner Media, IBM, Slack, The Gates Foundation, American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), SEIU, Kraft Foods, and Deloitte.
He leans on the natural strength of compassionate empathy to connect with his clients and create a psychologically safe relationship of trust whereby they can experience transformative development. Compassionate empathy helps him to connect with his client’s experience while remaining objective to see the larger perspective and ask powerful questions which raises their awareness and leads them to clear actions that benefit them and their organizations. Antoine’s coaching specialties include emotional intelligence, career advancement, leadership/executive development, team building, life balance, and DEIB.
Antoine received his ICF Coach training from The Executive Coach Academy, which has been enhanced with Certifications from Inside Out Coaching, NTL Institute for Applied behavioral Sciences, and Gestalt Organization and Systems Dynamics. Antoine has developed and facilitated several Coaching Skills for Leaders Programs and has completed over 1000 coaching hours since 2019. In addition, he has received his MS in Organization Development from the American University/NTL Program and his BS in Management from St. John’s University. He received an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Georgetown University.
He has many Personality and Organizational Certifications such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Denison Cultural Survey, Hogan Assessments, DDI Facilitator, John Maxwell Coach and Trainer, Appreciative Inquiry, Right Path Resources Behavioral Profile, 360 Feedback and ATD Project Management for Learning Professionals.
