Creating and Sustaining our Dream Workplace Culture

Together and in a safe space, let us imagine the workplace culture we truly envision and desire and explore how we can make it a reality. We will explore our experiences, bravely lean towards our true visions, and kindly recognize and connect with what our body is communicating to us.

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

As leaders, we will start clearing a path toward building and sustaining a workplace culture that resonates as true to ourselves and others.

By attending this session, you will:

  • Connect with your vision by exploring your experiences and embodying sensations.

  • Imagine and co-create the workplace culture.

  • Identify ways to sustain and qualify our workplace culture.

Untapped Leaders brings together Black, Indigenous, Latinx/a/o, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA and otherwise marginalized leaders from across industries to learn from each other through weekly facilitated leadership workshops and small-group peer coaching sessions, plus a diverse network of members committed to each others’ success.

Members enjoy unparalleled access to expert career coaches via weekly live sessions + on-demand access to all session recordings + ongoing chat support, all for under $10/session.
