Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Moving Beyond the Hashtag to Real Tangible Action

You have all seen the hastags on social media #dei #inclusionmatters #representationmatters and so on. While those are all well and good in raising awareness to under represented communities, let's talk about really moving the needle. Being able to show real tangible, quantifiable action that backs that all up. Otherwise, it's just another hot topic in our 24 hour news cycle.

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

Join us for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Moving Beyond the Hashtag to Real Tangible Action.

This session will address the following questions:

  • How do you move from passive activism to real action?

  • How do you become more than just an ally and advocate in words but be able to show it in deeds?

  • How do you become someone that can help create an environment of inclusion in your own organizations and build your people and culture power?

Untapped Leaders brings together Black, Indigenous, Latinx/a/o, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA and otherwise marginalized leaders from across industries to learn from each other through weekly facilitated leadership workshops and small-group peer coaching sessions, plus a diverse network of members committed to each others’ success.
