Mushfiqa Monica Jamaluddin is an experienced leadership coach, skilled facilitator, and award-winning futurist known for empowering individuals and organizations to embrace uncertainty and realize their full potential. With a rich background spanning Bhutan to New York and fluency in multiple languages, she brings a global and empathetic perspective to her work.

Mushfiqa excels in helping senior leaders and their organizations align their visions with actionable strategies through conscious leadership coaching and the integration of foresight frameworks and methodologies, fostering growth, resilience, and transformation. Mushfiqa has served as a consultant and advisor to companies around the globe, including Ghana, Bhutan, Ecuador, Peru, Rwanda, Japan, and the US. She has coached senior and mid-level leaders in companies including Amazon, Electronic Arts, Dropbox, Lyft, NVIDIA, VMWare, and the US military. She has also facilitated global workshops on leadership, deep listening and presencing, foresight and futures thinking, design futures, team building, gender equality, women's empowerment, and embodied storytelling.

Educated at the University of Houston and Georgetown University, where she specialized in foresight and executive leadership coaching, Mushfiqa is dedicated to guiding leaders through transformative changes and towards more equitable and inclusive futures. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile.
