Meet Jenny
As a seasoned facilitator, writer, and speaker, Dr. Jenny Vazquez-Newsum's passion for leadership began in her youth and has since shaped her life's mission.
Jenny has worked with 500+ leaders ranging from established executives at large corporations to high school students beginning their leadership journeys -- witnessing the untapped capacities that exist across all stages in career paths. Through her prior work as Vice President of Leadership Training and Programs at Coro Southern California, Jenny designed and facilitated cohort-based programs for leaders across all sectors and industries.

This self-paced course includes 8 modules that are delivered each week via email. Each email will have training videos and action steps that are each around 45-60 minutes in length. We recommend spending about 2-3 hours per week to fully absorb and apply the material.
