Born to Lead - Leveraging your Experiences as a Leader of Color

In this reframing session, Rosa will introduce participants to an assets-based framework for leadership development. As professionals of color, you come to leadership roles with a wealth of experience from your own unique backgrounds and upbringing. Rosa will teach us how to use this assets-based framework to help leaders of color embrace leadership in your own way.

In this session, participants will:

  • Identify 2 leadership triads that come from their unique cultural experiences.

  • Define community cultural wealth and the impact it has on them as leaders.
