About Madhu
Madhu (he/they) is a queer Tamil human settled in T'karonto, Canada. They are the founder of Kolam Creative Collective, a coaching and facilitation practice that supports folks in tech and creative professions, especially those of us that are racialized, gender expansive, neurodivergent, Disabled, and/or chronically ill.
Madhu has over 10 years experience working in tech as a Software Engineer and Manager, where he focused on building inclusive, sustainable teams and supporting people in their own career growth. They then trained as an ICF coach at the Academy of Creative Coaching, and received facilitation training from the Emergent Strategy Ideation Institute. They bring these experiences and skills, their learnings from intersectional feminist literature and commitment to the joy and fulfillment of marginalized humans into their coaching and facilitation work.
