Off me, on to We: How the Overburdened Leader Builds High-Functioning Teams

Diversity can be the greatest benefit as well as the greatest drawback for a team. Ideas, strengths, and methodologies can either coalesce or crash into each other. It is your job as the leader to manage this mania: the business of dealing with the personnel.

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

In this session, we will unlock the code that builds, nurtures, and develops a sustainable team culture in your organization.

As a result of this engagement, you will come away with the following:

  • Practical tools to immediately maximize the value of every person on your team.

  • Simple steps to move your team from being a diverse group to operating as a highly effective unit.

Untapped Leaders brings together Black, Indigenous, Latinx/a/o, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA and otherwise marginalized leaders from across industries to learn from each other through weekly facilitated leadership workshops and small-group peer coaching sessions, plus a diverse network of members committed to each others’ success.

Members enjoy unparalleled access to expert career coaches via weekly live sessions + on-demand access to all session recordings + ongoing chat support, all for under $10/session.
