If you are reading this, I'm sure you've endured difficult conversations before.  And, because you are smart, you know that's part of being human.

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

In this session, you will raise your awareness of what works and what doesn't to activate your innate abilities to take purposeful action in any difficult conversations.

  • Resources to reduce stress in difficult conversations.

  • A PDF to practice UnStuck-ing Yourself in Difficult Conversations after our session.

About Crystal

Crystal Simmons, founder of Crystal Clear Purposes, offers professional coaching, corporate facilitation and hosts the “UnStuck Yourself with Crystal Simmons” podcast.  She believes everyone deserves to speak up, be heard, and valued for their unique contributions, and that when businesses listen- they can literally change the lives of their employees and customers.  She guides clients to explore what it is that they really want and walks them through how to make the necessary steps to bring that desire to life.  One purposeful step at a time.

In her corporate work she helps businesses analyze their communication breakdowns from one level to the next, trains leaders on how to invite feedback, and implement real change. In her former career as the Chief Technologist, supporting 70+ employees, working beyond her limits with limited resources, she understands the cost of leaders not leading effectively and has created a space of support and safety.

Crystal lives in Virginia with her husband, DeVon, and their loveable schnoodle, Shoes. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science and is a certified Core Energy Leadership Coach.
