Resolving Conflict With Others -- And Within Yourself

Does the mere thought of conflict put you into a feeling of fight or flight (or freeze or fawn)?

Develop awareness of your own conflict style and learn how to mediate conflict -- both within yourself and with others -- with more clarity and ease.

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

As a result of attending this session, you will come away with:

  • A shift in perception about conflict -- not just as danger, but also as an opportunity.

  • Understanding their own conflict style.

  • Tools to mediate conflict both internally and externally.

Untapped Leaders brings together Black, Indigenous, Latinx/a/o, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA and otherwise marginalized leaders from across industries to learn from each other through weekly facilitated leadership workshops and small-group peer coaching sessions, plus a diverse network of members committed to each others’ success.

Members enjoy unparalleled access to expert career coaches via weekly live sessions + on-demand access to all session recordings + ongoing chat support, all for under $10/session.

About Riya

Riya is an Executive Coach to folks who know what it's like to be the "only one" of them in the room. Previously, she was a corporate attorney in big law and big tech for over a decade. She is also a child of an immigrant single mother and an expert at simultaneously inhabiting contradictory identities; she helps others make sense of the same now through her coaching and conflict resolution practice.

Riya currently coaches motivated leaders who are finding greater meaning in life and work while creating positive business and humanitarian impact. She also climbs tall mountains, both literally and metaphorically, to understand how she shows up at her absolute worst, and for fun.
