Openness and Connection with Somatic Awareness

In this workshop, you will explore connection and openness with each other and how this impacts our Somatic experience. The Somatic approach involves bringing your awareness into the body, which often leads to greater intuition, presence, and embodied wisdom.

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

To experience this, you will be answering questions and exploring what it feels like to share and listen deeply to each other. You will also leave with some simple Somatic exercises that you can continue to practice on your own.

As a result of attending this session, you will experience:

  • A live and guided Somatic experience

  • Simple Somatic practices that you will leave with

  • An open and authentic connection with a community member

Untapped Leaders brings together Black, Indigenous, Latinx/a/o, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA and otherwise marginalized leaders from across industries to learn from each other through weekly facilitated leadership workshops and small-group peer coaching sessions, plus a diverse network of members committed to each others’ success.

Members enjoy unparalleled access to expert career coaches via weekly live sessions + on-demand access to all session recordings + ongoing chat support, all for under $10/session.
