The Professional's Secret Weapon

Education, market research, and interview preparation are strong assets but not enough to help accelerate your career trajectory. To fully understand how your career is affected despite your best personal efforts, a review of C-suite figures is sobering.

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

To level up your career prospects and success, you need a professional team, two crucial members: a mentor and a sponsor. One is your foundation, and the other is your support beam.

By attending this session you'll learn:

  • How to target and engage a mentor.

  • How to target and engage a sponsor.

  • How to create a legacy of these gifts for the next-gen.

Untapped Leaders brings together Black, Indigenous, Latinx/a/o, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA and otherwise marginalized leaders from across industries to learn from each other through weekly facilitated leadership workshops and small-group peer coaching sessions, plus a diverse network of members committed to each others’ success.

Members enjoy unparalleled access to expert career coaches via weekly live sessions + on-demand access to all session recordings + ongoing chat support, all for under $10/session.
