In 2023, we want to:
1. Get good at understanding ourselves and our inherent power as “untapped” leaders.
2. Get good at connecting current realities to historical context (our own and our world’s).
3. Get good at navigating systems not built by or for leaders like us.
4. Get good at crystallizing the future of work you want to see and then take steps towards that vision.
5. Get good at making connections between all of the above in real-time to make important career and leadership decisions.
In this session, we'll reflect upon our most salient professional lessons from 2022 that we are taking with us or leaving behind in 2023. I'll also share more of how we'll get to those goals listed above as a leadership community.
This session is grounded in the Untapped Leadership Framework. You'll come away with a career plan for 2023 that will have you:
– working in more aligned and sustainable ways
– attaining your goals, whatever they may be (e.g. new job, salary increase, promotion, bouncing back from a layoff, etc.)
– making connections with other BIPOC-identifying leaders
