Your Network is your Net Worth: The Power of Building your Community and Personal Brand

How healthy is your network?  Is it time to level up?  Trick question - it's always a good time to nurture and expand your network.  Given that roughly 65% of jobs never make it to a formal job posting, your network can keep your career on track.  In this session, Cristina will share her proven formula for assessing, expanding, and utilizing your business network to serve your goals and discover your potential mentor and/or sponsor to level up your professional success!

**Please note - Untapped Leaders sessions are currently dedicated to BIPOC-identifying participants.

This session will address the following questions:

  • Why is networking important?

  • What do you mean by my network is my net worth?

Untapped Leaders brings together Black, Indigenous, Latinx/a/o, Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander, MENA and otherwise marginalized leaders from across industries to learn from each other through weekly facilitated leadership workshops and small-group peer coaching sessions, plus a diverse network of members committed to each others’ success.
